The hotel is quite clean and the staff has good service attitude! We arrived late, They prepared a convenient check-in method for us! The small garden outside the room is also quite peaceful

Visited on a wet winter day so couldn’t make the most of the facilities sadly but there looks to be lots to do at the resort when the weather is fine. Beautiful tropical gardens surrounded the accommodation. Lovely helpful staff and easy walk to the beach. Had everything I needed for my overnight stay and would love to visit again in the Summer

Return visit although it has been some time since the previous stay - I did say then when we came back to Ballina this establishment would be high on the list. I usually use a booking agent however the tariff proffered direct was a better deal, with the whole booking & check-in process very simple. Ground-floor room was easily accessed with good parking; the usual array of tea, coffee, soap,towels etc satisfactory, overall a basic layout but very clean with the option of day servicing. Beds comfortable and warm, TV fine and a garden view. Use of the laundry was appreciated, but we passed on the pool and spa. Overall a quiet neighbourhood & we only heard one instance of some door noise from a neighbour.

The room was spacious and clean. The fitout is old and in need of some updating. For the cost $190 it was an o er priced room compared to others we have stayed in. There was no availability to have breakfast at the resort which is always disappointing.

We were very impressed. The room was not modern but was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Having a microwave, kettle, toaster, and electric frying pan helped with a few meals. We also used the bbq area. It was lovely. It wasn’t warm enough for swimming but the pool, sauna and spa area would no doubt be lovely in better weather. There are plenty of great walks and cafes close to the accommodation. Shelley beach was a highlight. The desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had to adjust our dates a little, both before arrival and during our stay and found them very customer focused. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Loved it. The lovely wooden blinds that led to the beautiful greenery and the spa in my room were special. It was very quiet. Close to the beach. Coming back soon when the whales are closer to shore. Ballina is one of the most beautiful beach towns I have ever been to. .
