This is a top notch hotel! We were looking to stay in the Buffalo area. After reading reviews for other hotels in the area I came across this hotel. It had good reviews so decided to stay here. The hotel is very nice what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The decor was nice and modern. Things seemed newer. The exercise room was great with plenty of equipment. The hotel even has a library with books and games! They had cookies at checkin. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located a couple blocks from main street and within walking distance from so many things. It was an ideal place to stay.

There are few choices for hotels in this area but this hotel is a winner. Check in was a breeze and came with water on a hot day, Smartfood,and Lorna Doones. The room was well equipped (though that dual closet/bathroom door is wonky). The workout room spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely. Note both could use a clock. Breakfast was very good. Location couldn't be better

I stayed here for 1 night in April 2025. I had a suite with a separate bedroom. The heater/AC worked fine in the bedroom but in the living area, the heater never seemed to get very warm and it blew cool air right down on me sitting on the couch. I ended up watching TV in the bedroom instead. Besides this, the room was clean and well stocked. It looked like it was recently renovated. The breakfast had a nice assortment of food and there are restaurants within walking distance. It is a bit pricey but I would stay here again.

Overall clean & spacious.
Bathroom door didn't want to stay on track. Originally placed at far end of 2nd floor with husband having back issues & needing to be near stairs because elevators compress his spine. Staff moved us, but at that point there were limited options. We had called ahead, they could've planned for him to have been on the 1st floor.

It was the perfect workaytion spot. There were so many comfortable & quiet places in the bright, cozy lobby with outlets everywhere. I was able to get so much work done in just 2 days! I will dedinitely be returning.
