The breakfast variety exceeded expectations, praised for its quality. The staff's excellent, friendly service and convenient airport proximity were highlighted. Easy access to amenities and dining was also appreciated.

The hotel is a little worn, but the absolutely amazing staff makes up for it. Such friendly and kind people bending over backward to try to accommodate everyone. The hotel is a great location if you’re visiting the area for a concert at Hollywood Amphitheater. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the concert venue.

The entire hotel is in need of a deep clean and refresh. But that is not what made this stay unpleasant. There is a pervasive smell of ********* outside and inside the halls at all times. There are people smoking in their cars at night. We had to move parking spots so our car wouldn't smell. Then get inside and it's worse. The smell in the halls is so pervasive you could get a contact high; this was the 2nd floor. The smell was even coming in our room from the sides, vent and door. At night, teens not staying at the hotel are in the halls by the other entrances and on the basketball court smoking. It is at all hours of the day and night. Given that the hotel has cameras, I feel they look the other way to allow this to happen. Our team had to to stay here for an athletic event but I would not stay here again. Aside from the pot smell, the fan in the bathroom could cause an earthquake, the bed is soft and lumpy, carpets need to be cleaned.
