The room had dead bugs on the floor and in the restroom. Pulled back the comforter and there was a yellow stain on the bed shits looks like it was never washed

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Elevator stinks so do the rooms. Carpet in the hall is filthy shower head broke off and flooded bathroom. They offered another room but we were exhausted. Did use another room to shower and it smelled worse. I cleaned up the flood in the bathroom as the front desk wasn’t answering the phone. Had to go back downstairs to get them. Fridge very noisy. Shower was dirty. Never again

Weekend stay for me and my husband. Our stay was pretty average. PROS: The front desk staff was super friendly & very helpful, and the breakfast staff was quick to refill empty items. The room was clean, although pretty dated. AC was ice cold, and bathrooms were very clean (which is always the first thing I look at). CONS: The mattress was not as comfortable as other Comfort Inns. The walls are thinner than any hotel I have ever stayed in. We could clearly hear above, below and beside us. The housekeeping staff was yelling down the hallways before 9 am to each other. We didn't use the gym or the pool, but the facilities looked ok. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of it. The standout of the trip was definitely the front desk staff! Both ladies were so friendly, and we were greeted with a smile and a conversation every time we walked in or out of the hotel.

Easy check in/out. Plenty of parking, parking lot well-lit. Grounds clean. Comfortable room with frig, microwave. Hot breakfast. Alissa, at front desk was very helpful, friendly, hard working. Thank you!

Don’t ever book here. I called within my cancellation window to change my booking, they told me everything was good to go, except when I arrive they changed the booking for the wrong dates and told me they would charge me a walk-in fee. I read a review stating they walked into a unclean room, and the people checking in ahead of me had to come back down because the room they walked into had people in there. Totally incompetent staff that doesn’t even clean the rooms properly. Stay at your own risk this place would not be worth staying at if it was $10/night.

We always stay here from last ten years and every time we come its consistent with everything from staff, clean rooms, excellent hot breakfast and Awesome loyal staff. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Brownwood, Tx.
