Horrendous front desk staff the evening of 7/19 at 7:15 pm. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. We had three rooms reserved. My brother was the last to check in and waited at the front desk for 30 minutes along with two other guests. We tried calling the hotel over and over with no answer. Finally I started to walk around to see if I could find any staff. A few minutes later a lady walked out of an office down the hall and I asked “do you work here?” She was immediately confrontational with “yeah, I’m the front desk, what do you want”. What do I want?! When we said that we had been waiting for 30 minutes, she responded with “you’re not on my cameras and I was checking the mail, if you want to stay somewhere else, leave” One guest immediately left. She was literally yelling at us telling me that if I’m already checked into my room, I should be in it already and not waiting with my brother. At one point my brother actually asked if we were on candid camera cause it was so over the top rude. She then left again and went into the office and came back with an iPad to show us that the cameras weren’t working. But oh, how I wish they were cause it was wild!!

Gracias el hotel está muy comodo. El precio es bueno. La atención del mostrador es excelente. Tiene refrigerador microondas mesa todo lo que necesitas cuando sales de viaje con tu familia. Recomiendo este hotel porque está en un lugar muy bonito.

Bad Jui Jui The day shift person we had to deal with was inexperienced and not interested in doing a good job. Our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait nearly an hour. Then the room was clean but toxic with fumes from cleaning fluids. It was a real bummer to have to deal with such a poor employee. Serious bummer. .

Fine. Basic but met our needs- a place to spend the night before skiing. There was no hot water for my shower at 11pm- a disappointment after traveling all day.
