Absolutely a disaster of a place. The smell when we first entered the room was a bit much, the carpet was all torn up and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months, the shower curtain rod was rigged with screws so it wouldn't fall off the wall, spackle patches on the bathroom walls and under the sink, the desk with the TV on it was falling apart and we had ants everywhere. When we complained my wife was told that we were lucky that we weren't across the street at Comfort Inn as they have cockroaches. ”REALLY”? The breakfast was a joke, some small boxes of cereal, bread for toast, or just maybe a Hostess Danish. The surrounding grounds had enough garbage to fill a landfill and the parking area had potholes like a meteorite strike. I wish I would have taken pictures of the parking lot but I did not. Whatever you do, do not go by the pictures, they are very old when they first opened. The owner of this place needs to have it shut down and completely refurbished. All I can say is pay the extra and go to Comfort Inn, it's not worth the headache of wondering if your safe.
