We are currently here in Unit 21 at O Condominiums in Aruba. The photos do NOT match the reality. This building is managed by Bocobay who seemed to neglect these condos. Building is fairly new, but this condo is tired-looking and in need in deep cleaning, paint, and repairs... Issues -- several dirty stains and dings on multiple walls, signs of a water leak in main bedroom, dirty couch in living room, dirty basket for beach towels, dirty air filter, A/C in 2nd bedroom needs maintenance (very loud, cannot sleep with it on), dirty couch on balcony. Bocobay is truly mismanaging this place... They offered us to refund the remaining nights, then changed their story by requesting us to call *******. It took 6 hrs for ******* to get back to us with an email sent at 8PM asking to confirm if we would like to check out TONIGHT (again, email at 8PM). Seriously?... And supposedly Bocobay does not have other condos available in this building (at some point they offered us some other condo in a different area). It would be too crazy for us to leave this late tonight & find a new hotel. Ridiculous experience. So much for the "happy island"... It is my 4th time in Aruba & have never experienced so many issues with accommodations. UPDATE -- now our stove broke down & we even cannot make breakfast...

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The staff was so accommodating. It is central to everything. Plus the beach is literally across the street. We are planning to go back.

Our stay at Bocobay O Condo Aruba was perfect. From booking to check out, the communication with Bocobay was easy. The location is beautiful, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo itself was exactly as stated in the booking, plus some great extras for the beach. Perfect location right across from the beautiful Eagle beach. We highly recommend this location and host!

No complaints, great location across from beautiful eagle beach. Our unit was clean, ac worked great! The pool was clean, there was easy access to the beach. Staff at the property were very helpful. Overall our family of 4 with two teens had a good experience here.

The condo was great. The staff was very knowledgeable about the island and the attractions and excursions. The beach bar about a 5 minute walk was not worth the walk. Would have liked to have had a cafe close to sit and enjoy a coffee, drink and snack in the mornings before heading to the beautiful beach. The property looked clean and safe and was across the street from the beach.
