First of all it is a Quality Hotel now and not Best Western. It is blue and not red. They are in the process of switching everything over. The room was mostly new furnishings and paint and carpet. The bed was comfortable. The location was what we wanted. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. We are protein people so eggs and sausage is what we ate. Most hotels could have more variety there. Overall a nice stay.

property is currently under some renovations, we were in a newly completed double queen as the King rooms were being renovated, the rooms look great, very serene and able to relax. We were in town for an unexpected funeral and the staff was so wonderful. everyone was so friendly, including the construction crew. Thankyou

family trip. Affordable hotel near mall of America During our stay, they were going through renovations. The lobby was a little tore up, Free breakfast and area was limited, always stocked and decent, and there wasn't any washer or dryers available because of the renovations. We never noticed any construction noise with our stay, and we were on the first floor near the lobby. The staff was great, room was great. The pillows ******. Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10. We just happened to stay while they were renovating, but other than that we would stay again if we were in town.

Our room was by the breakfast bar and it was loud in our room. We could hear chairs moving around. We had to ask for towels and bedding for the pull out sofa. There is not a big trash for a suite. Overall the room served its purpose buy that’s it
