The hotel is very new and clean. It is only a 3-minute walk from the outlet, which is very suitable for shopping. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep, but the breakfast was mediocre and the hot food was not very tasty.

They lie about their breakfast time. I believe it's intentional because two different associates lied and then changed their time when I pointed out that it should still be open. Then, the customer service woman wouldn't even come out of her office in the back to talk to me about it. I don't care about missing breakfast, it's the shady practices that annoy me. Don't associate with businesses like this.

We stayed at this hotel the night before an early morning flight and specifically booked the Park and Fly rate, including a 4:30 a.m. shuttle. The shuttle never arrived on time—we waited over 45 minutes, repeatedly asking the front desk for updates. Each time, we were given vague or misleading answers like "He’ll be here soon" or "Just 4–5 more minutes," which were clearly not true. We weren’t alone—other guests were visibly frustrated, waiting for the same shuttle. By the time we finally got to the airport, the line at check-in got too long and we missed our flight. There were no available flights for the next two days, so we were forced to book a new one with another airline—costing me over $800. Please note, I have never missed a flight in my 40 years of traveling. I reached out to the hotel to explain the situation and asked for a refund for the night due to their poor planning and the misinformation we received. They offered nothing—no refund, no compensation, barely an apology. If you’re counting on their shuttle to get you to the airport on time, DO NOT book here. Their service is unreliable, and they take no responsibility for the consequences. This could have been easily solved, and I would have booked with them again, would they have done the right thing. Very disappointing.

All aspects were at a good standard, however, the showerhead in room 238 was substandard, and there was no body wash.

Cons: SUPER thin walls - sounded like a herd of elephants above us every night, making it hard to sleep
Uncomfortable beds

Breakfast left a lot to be desired
Pool was tiny - max 8 allowed in it
We enjoyed having a place close to the family we were visiting, and the staff were awesome, but we definitely struggled to enjoy much of our stay.

We actually weren't able to stay for our reservation due to an Emer. Admit to Hospital, and even with Expedia's help, this Property REFUSED to refund even a Partial payment made in Full, Credit for Future Stay, or any adjustment though given Alm. a Full weeks' notice of Travel Cancelation. Even our Airline gave a Full Credit for future travel.So Beware...We've NEVER experienced this type of lack of Customer Service!

Very nice hotel - Perfect for a short or long stay. I tend to be picky about cleanliness and this hotel was very clean! Our room was nice and cozy, would stay again 👍👍
