Stay away
The room that we booked was not available. Took the next best room option available that the hotel representative said was ready. That room smelled like heavy mildew. Asked for another room. The room we were given had a microwave that sparked fire, the curtains were deeply stained, the bottom of the bed was falling apart, and there were visible patch up jobs around the room from holes in the wall. We left we the kids to try to find other accommodations at 12am (our flight arrived to the airport at 1030pm).

I loved the hospitality and the service was amazing. My room was clean, the bed was soft. When I came down for new towels, the man at the front desk was nice, I’m a soft speaker and ppl have trouble hearing me. He didn’t complain, he just asked can I speaker a little louder,it was handled very nicely.

Great customer service, very clean , and well kept. I stayed with some friends for a few days we really enjoyed our time.i highly recommend this location if visiting or if you are just looking to get always this is the perfect place to do so. Really great experience

The property is not well-maintained. The room was smelly and rundown. The front desk staff were polite but not professionally dressed. I canceleded my reservation the next day.

Excellent service from all the employees, they make sure you have everything you need. I really love the kitchenette! The location is great, close to many different stores,restaurants, gas stations to choose your favorite places. Very close to the Airport and Mall of America.

I liked this hotel because it has many shops and restaurants nearby. The bad thing was that the elevator was always bad, one day we ran out of hot water and they never came to clean in 3 weeks staying here.
