Sometimes you can just tell when a hotel is well managed (my ex was a hotel general manager, so I guess I learned a thing or two about hotel management). This hotel, while not a five star property, has five star management. I would like to call out Angelo in particular who assisted me in making my reservation by phone ahead of time. I had some particular requests (traveling with a picky friend and wanted to ensure a few things that would satisfy her). He provided excellent service, to the point that I asked for his name. He went above and beyond to note the requests in our record, which were picked up by the front desk staff on the day of our check in. I also randomly happened to meet the regional manager in the lobby when I was staying there, and he was on top of everything. Staff are attentive to guests needs with a great, positive attitude. That's worth a couple of stars in rating the property on its own. Physical property was nice, modern and as expected. It was the service that set this apart. Thanks Angelo and everyone else!
