All round enjoyable stay.
Lovely room with huge bathroom including bath and power shower. Nice view across river and meadows with occasional passing of Hyde/ Dymchurch/ Romney steam train. Tasty breakfast.

Great B&B..... Excellent breakfast nice room with great view of Romney Marsh , and good location for beach. Host is excellent

Minutes from beach
Lovely b and b in perfect location minutes from beach. Excellent breakfast. I wish I'd been there when the weather improved the next day as there is a lovely patio by the river.
