We stayed in room 318, in Dyersburg. It was the worse night ever in a Holiday Inn. The a/c didn’t keep the room as cool as it should have, worst part was the bed. It was a King, should’ve been replaced I’m sure a long time ago! We kept sinking in the middle. Every time we moved to the edge…. Back to the center we ended up. Needless to say we got very little sleep. I wasn’t going to complain but for $200+ a night the beds and pillows should be comfortable. Very disappointed.

Great hotel and staff
Great location, convenient to the highest and restaurants. Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Loved the automatic coffee machine.

When going to eat breakfast downstairs, they cleaned our room and threw away our stuff at 9 am. The checkout wasn't until 11 am and we hadn't checked out yet. There was nothing done about our stuff being thrown out.

We stay here visiting friends for past 12 years. We enjoy it's near mall and restaurants. Staff is polite and professional. Breakfast is clean and free.
It's time for an upgrade but it's clean and safe.
