Tja.. duidelijk een hotel waar je merkt dat de tijd heeft stil gestaan. Teminste... In de kamer die ik kreeg. Vloerbedekking was veruit niet meer representatief. Vlekker in de vitrage. En wat ik persoonlijk slecht vind ik deze tijd is dat je niets kan streamen naar de tv zodat je zelf kan bepalen wat je kijkt.
Douch opstelling is drama. Hele douch compleet nat. En prullenbak was niet geleegd. Dit is het geld wat ik ervoor betaalde echt niet waard. Tevens merk je dat het meer voor de "ouderen" bedoeld is. Jammer. Ontbijt was goed geregeld. En schoon en netjes. Helaas voor de kamers.

Zeer onvriendelijk restaurant personeel. Op de vraag of je een andere ,(dan deze in het donker) tafel kunnen krijgen ,in een leeg restaurant werd geweigerd.

Op de foto lijkt het alsof het om een klein hotel gaat, maar niets is minder waar. De foto toont het restaurant gedeelte, maar daar achter is nog een enorm terrein met veel kamers die allemaal op de begane grond liggen. Ook bevindt zich daar in een apart gebouw een heerlijk ruim zwembad waar je prima baantjes kunt trekken. Goede kleed ruimtes en een heerlijke temperatuur van het water. Wij hadden een mooie ruime kamer aan de zuidzijde met een eigen tuintje en een prachtig uitzicht op landerijen met grazende paarden. De badkamer was oké, allen geen volledig afsluitbare douche cabine, maar als je een beetje handig gaat staan onder de douche blijft de badkamer zelf droog. Prima bedden en een goede flat screen tv. Het restaurant is goed. De plekken zijn ruim en de geserveerde maaltijd was in ons geval prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Je logeert vlakbij het Dwingelderveld en als je van wandelen of fietsen houdt kom je uitstekend aan je trekken. Wij hebben daar een paar prachtige wandelingen gemaakt. Al met al heerlijk drie nachten weg geweest met een grote kans dat wij daar nog eens terugkomen.
