I am disappointed to find that the room is significantly smaller than what was shown in the photos . Additionally, the cleanliness of the room is unacceptable, with dirty bed sheets and towels and also the wash area was smelling bad.

Highly overpriced, cramped rooms with pathetic and unhygienic washroom. No amenities available. Room upkeep be it linen, pillows, blanket in very dirty condition. You will have a suffocating feeling in the room. Absolutely not worth what you paid for the stay. They charge GST but no bills given. Unprofessional approach.

Unhygienic and untidy room. Room service very poor. Bathroom was unclean. Toilets were horrible flush was not working. Bedsheets were dirty and were not washed for ***** time may be for amonth or so. Wastage of money and the amount which i paid that is nine thousand plus was too much for this poor service. Abhishek pacholi

They did not give me the room which is seen in the picture at the time of booking. , When I demanded that room, they charged me ₹ 500 separately. Please you guys make sure that the room shown in the picture is given the same room and cleanliness was not at all Bedsheet was dirty Washroom was dirty Even after saying the bedsheet did not change
