隔音效果超級超級差，外面一丁點聲音都聽的清清楚楚，特別是住電梯的周邊幾間房電梯上下的聲音吵的根本睡不着

我最近在這家酒店度過了一段不愉快的住宿體驗。首先,衞生狀況令人堪憂。房間內的清潔度遠未達到標準,床單上有明顯的污漬,浴室的鏡子也有水漬。其次,服務態度極差。前台工作人員態度冷淡,對於我的投訴和請求置若罔聞。最後,床墊的硬度問題更是讓人難以入眠。當我提出更換床墊的請求時,卻被告知無法更換。總的來説,這家酒店的衞生狀況和服務態度都存在嚴重問題,且無法滿足客人的基本需求。我強烈建議酒店管理層重視這些問題並進行改進。對於想要尋求舒適住宿體驗的客人來説,我並不推薦這家酒店。

一進去，房間裏的水有一瓶是打開的，床頭櫃上紙巾也沒有收，空調遙控器也找不到，打電話給前台後，倒是馬上來幫我處理了，這也還好，最最主要的是你們這個鏡子，晚上刷牙的時候我才注意到，頭都不敢靠近洗漱台，我一轉頭，那感覺蹭的一下就來了
