The hotel is great, I liked the staff very kindly, the only thing is that the pool needs to be cleaned, although no one swims in it anyway

Oh my goodness, something appears to have gone terribly wrong at MySon Heritage Resort. After reading the positive reviews I booked for three nights rest and relaxation with my family in a two bedroom villa. We arrived after a long journey and immediately new that all would not be well. No bellboy, no greeting, total state of disrepair…. Very few staff, we only saw two other guests. Our villa, like the whole resort was in need of restoration (missing shower door, exterior door that would not lock, rear door with broken handle, internal doors that would not shut). The resort pool was green with algae, non of the pool chairs had seat cushions… the list could go on and on. We didn’t stay, we found alternative accommodation. Unfortunately as we were waiting for our taxi to collect us, three staff were finishing work leaving on a moped, looked over at us and laughed loudly. I’m sure that it was once beautiful with enthusiastic staff but sadly this seems no longer the case.

Very nice hotel with a great pool and lovely rooms. The staff is very attentive and kind. Great for your trip to My Son that is very close. Staying at a this hotel that has a shuttle to the temple complex is so much better than driving in from Hoi An. If you go early ( the sanctuary opens at 7:00) you have the place to yourselve and it still cool. This hotels helps with a very early and nice! breakfast.

Abandoned old hotel, but great staff.
First, the positive:
The staff is very friendly and helpful!
There are free bicycles or electric cart rides to My Son Sanctuary (which was really beautiful and nice to visit)
The rooms are spacious and beds are decently comfortable.
The photos are VERY outdated.
By European standards this would be a 2-3 star hotel.
It was a little eerie to be honest. Felt abandoned and we were one of 5 guests staying at this massive place. Lights were often turned off, air was often turned off (except in the room). It was like walking through a ghost town.
Very run down! The pool is covered in green growth, everyone was hesitant to go in.
Honestly, visiting My Son Sanctuary is worth the trip, but it’s a 2-3 hour excursion. There is no need to stay in the town overnight.

静かな田舎町、唯一のホテル
２泊しました。スタッフは親切でフレンドリー。ただ古いホテルのようで老朽化しており
シャワーの水圧は弱めです。レストランはすぐ近くにローカルフードの店があり、とても美味しい。
プールは清潔でよく管理されていて、２日とも泳ぎました。
無料のレンタル自転車で遺跡に行きました。借りる直前にタイヤの空気圧、ブレーキの効き具合などをチェックしていて安心です。
近くにミニスーパーもあるのでミネラルウオーターを買うこともできます
（毎日一人1本の無料ミネラルウオーターもらえます）
チェックアウト後のダナンのホテルまでの送迎を頼みました。
ミーソン遺跡は交通の便が悪く日帰りツアーで訪れる方がほとんどですが、
車もバイクもほとんど走っていないベトナムの田舎でのんびり過ごすのは、とても貴重な体験でした。

こちらでの滞在は本当に素晴らしいものでした！
空港からタクシーで1時間ほどで到着します。
深夜の到着にも関わらず、きちんと待機してお迎えしてくださいました。
ミーソン遺跡まで車で10分ほど、ホテルから車で連れて行ってくださいます。足の悪い父と一緒でしたので本当に助かりました。
