Much better than I expected. Though it is a single room, room was big and bright. Deco was modern. The only challenge was the car park. It was real tight to get in and get out, barely one cm before you leave your mark of experience on your car.
Location was good - about 10 minutes walk from the river. Good location as you can walk back after watching fireworks and do not need to squeeze with everyone on the tram.

Even if the hotel itself is a bit old, you can see that this is made up for by new furnishings and new bathrooms.
The staff was always friendly and you could find everything on the breakfast buffet. I chose the hotel because there is a playground right on Fürstenplatz, making it an ideal location for small families and a good starting point for exploring Düsseldorf by tram.

It's a slightly old-fashioned type of hotel.
It's a foreign chain hotel,
so it was different from what I expected, and I was a little disappointed.
But it was cheap, so I guess it was worth the price.
The room was clean, the shower was hot, and there were no problems with the stay.
I did a lot of work on the computer, so I was grateful that there was a light on the table.
The desk was a little small, but if you don't plan on doing a lot of work, it's not a problem at all.
I was happy that there was a kettle and cups provided.

Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet.

The air conditioning does not meet the standards for a 4* hotel. The rooms are very warm, even without heating in winter, so using the air conditioning during the night is quickly necessary. Unfortunately, this cannot be used due to excessive noise production.
The beds are far too short by European standards.

I can only say that everything is average. The location is very close to the train station, about five minutes away. There is a tram downstairs, so it is quite noisy at night. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the juice and coffee are great. The bathroom is very cramped. I can only say that it wins in terms of cost performance.

LLengThe staff is very friendly and the location is very convenient! The lobby space is very large, the room is directly facing the street,  There is a hair dryer in the room! The hotel also provides free transportation cards!

GGuest UserIt was all so good. Only the guest service,haved our keys in the room, was weak. They didn't want to send us the key, despite our costs.
Tell that doesn't do our hotel,they have to pick it up. But I'm not driving over 300km again to pick it up. After long discussions and afterwards tel. this was done after all.
After we sent a letter with a return letter and Porto, the key arrived at home 7 days after departure.
Thank you again, but please rethink the guest service, in such rare problems.

杨杨Suitable for taking children, I don't drive, I don't care about parking lot, it is very close to the subway, next to the supermarket, but closed on Sunday, it is very rich, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, no problem.
