Heel goed en schoon hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid en een prima ontbijt. Fijn groot groot bed. Het uitchecken is om 12.00 dus je kan in de ochtend lekker rustig aan doen. Er is een lift en een trap. Op de zesde etage is er een gedeeld balkon.

Quiet room, extremely spacious. Very good breakfast with many "homemade" products. The hotel is located close to public transport. The hotel's parking is a little expensive and there are cheaper parking lots nearby.

Excellent high standard and comfortable, well equipped room - top floor, so I chose to get loads of exercise up and down the stairs instead of using the elevator. Wide choice of options for breakfast too. Looking forward to returning later this year.

Spent the night with my son after visiting football in Borussia Mönchengladbach. Hotel is in a beautiful location, walking distance to the old town, lime steps on the corner of the street. You can park your car in front of the door and they have a perfect parking garage with Tesla's charging points. Only costs 20 euros per night. Rooms are spacious, large bathroom with very good shower. WiFi is fine. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice, etc. We did not offer a sauna. Staff is friendly but perhaps not quite at 4-star level. Overall we are very satisfied.

Stayed here as part of a boys trip to Dusseldorf, Cologne and Dortmund. Staff were all very friendly and approachable. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Hotel's not too far from the mainline railway station. Only drawback was, there is a small bar in reception but we still made use of it on our return at night. We booked online and paid on arrival. There was an issue with the card machine only accepting certain bank cards. For example : wouldn't accept my Barclaycard ( contacted Barclays and their system showed no attempted transactions ) but DID accept my RBS credit card. Luckily I had more than one card with me ( don't take AMEX with you either as only Mastercard and Visa accepted). Other than that, an enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a great location. 8 minutes walk from the main train station and the metro, about 20 minutes to the old town for shopping and the longest bar in the world, lots of great and very fine restaurants about 2 - 10 minutes walk. Rooms are functionally furnished, with a Nespresso machine. We had a room facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and had everything you could wish for, meat, cheese, bread, sweets, muesli, yoghurt, coffee, smoothies, etc. I didn't miss anything.
