Das Hotel liegt 3 Minuten geradeaus vom Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf, ideal wenn man nur eine Übernachtung benötigt. An der vielbefahrenen Strasse ist es nicht laut, das ist ein einfaches Hotel mit günstigen Preisen, in meinem Zimmer und im Bad war alles sauber, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Nacht war das für mich nicht relevant. Das Frühstück ist überraschend gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Organisation ist etwas chaotisch. Regulär ist spät am Abend niemand an der Rezeption, ich hatte wegen der Spätanreise extra angerufen, davon wusste dann aber niemand mehr etwas, ich habe abends das Frühstück noch dazugebucht, davon wusste dann am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück niemand etwas. Aber die freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben das alles in den Griff bekommen.
