We booked a room for our children, but when we checked in in the evening, the hotel front desk told us that we had to share a room. They said that there was another guest who would check in to the twin room we booked, and they also gave us the information of the other guest. It was unbelievable! I felt that there was no security at all. I hope Ctrip can find a good agent and avoid such irresponsible check-in situations. As a former hotel industry practitioner, I am sorry to give a harsh evaluation of this service from a semi-professional perspective. (Especially compared with domestic hotels of the same star rating)
Overall it is OK, especially the quality of the hotel breakfast is still online. The decoration design is good.
The biggest shortcoming: the tools and services for self-service check-in are relatively confusing. The lighting setting of the lobby lounge on the first floor is too dark, which is not very reasonable.
