Everything was good so far. Only the guest service, had our key in the room, was weak. They didn't want to send us the key, despite us covering the costs.
Our hotel doesn't say that, we have to pick him up. But I won't drive over 300km to get it again. After long discussions and afterwards tel. this was then done.
After we sent a letter with return letter and postage, the key arrived back at our home 7 days after departure.
Thanks again for that, but please reconsider guest service in the event of such rare problems.
