The hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff were super helpful and the spa wellness area very intimate and special. The restaurant is really good too. The charm of the hotel is very special. I love this place and will definitely come back....

Nous avions réservé la suite « Mansarde », c’était magnifique (encore plus que sur les photos!). La suite est grande et très confortable, nous avons été très bien accueillis, le personnel est chaleureux et à l’écoute. Le repas du soir et le déjeuner étaient très bons, et petit + : ils ont apporté un dessert surprise et ils ont réalisé une petite décoration pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint (je ne leur avais rien dit, ils ont juste pu le remarquer à sa date de naissance). Cela montre leur implication et leur sens du détail auprès de leurs clients, et c’est ce qui fait tout la différence! Ce n’est pas notre dernière fois dans cet hôtel à coup sûr :)

Wir durften einen runden Geburtstag im Romantikhotel Bären feiern. Die Gartenfenster Suite ein Traum, das Essen himmlisch, einfach top. Und nicht zu vergessen, das sehr, sehr nette Personal. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder.

Unser Erlebnis im Hotel Bären begann sehr erfreulich. Der Einstellhallenplatz war reserviert und an der Récéption wurden wir äusserst freundlich und kompetent empfangen. Wir wurden in unsere Suite begleitet, und die war wirklich unser absolutes Highlight-einfach traumhaft schön. Wir haben dann das Menü genossen, das von der Küche meisterhaft zubereitet wurde. Sehr schmackhaft und schön angerichtet. Ebenso das Genussmenü am Abend. Die Küche verdient ein grosses Lob. Dem Service können wir jedoch kein grosses Lob aussprechen. Er ist unaufmerksam und man muss eindringlich auf einem aufmerksam machen, wenn man was bestellen möchte. Das Servicepersonal läuft am Tisch vorbei, ohne einen Augenschein zu nehmen. Beim Frühstück gibt's nur einen Teller, mit dem muss man zum Buffet gehen, auch wenn der Teller dann gebraucht ist, gibt's keinen zweiten Teller. Hier besteht noch grosses Verbesserungspotenzial. Wir werden bestimmt wieder hingehen und schauen, ob sich der Service verbessert hat.

Wir hatten einer der Wellness Suiten "Gibel" mit eigener Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool. War perfekt für eine Auszeit mit unserem 4 Monate alten Sohn. Die Suite hat praktisch kein Tageslicht, da es nur zwei drei sehr kleine Fenster weit oben hat. Störte jedoch kaum. Sonst super Zimmer! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Tolles Abendessen und Room Service! Das Dorf hat ebenfalls eine charmante Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Käserei! Ein Besuch lohnt sich sehr!

Im Grossen und Ganzen sehr schön und heimelig. Das Kissen zu flauschig und das Duvet war etwas schwer. Um die Nachttischlampe anzuzünden muss man aus dem Bett steigen. Mit einem Verlängerungskabel wäre das Problem gelöst. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
