Beautiful property in an amazing location. The service was outstanding. We dined at the property three times in 48 hours. The food was delicious and again, the service was excellent. We will return and recommend to friends.

Gorgeous property and fantastic service by staff hotel, and special shout out to Isabel, who went out of her way to assist. Unfortunately the restaurant's service was lacking. Would definitely return!

We had a lovely room with a fantastic view over the Danube. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great dinner and delicious breakfast on the terrace. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and the short distance to the sights in Dürnstein-

Zimmer in mittelmäßigem Zustand, Bäder sehr alt und abgewohnt. Trotz guter Lage insgesamt sehr schlechter Eindruck. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel schlecht geführt. Chefin wird ausfallend und stellt unwahre Behauptungen auf. Werden nicht wiederkommen.

Absolut empfehlenswert: Sehr gute Lage, perfekter Service, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gutes Restaurant mit regionaler Küche, großzügiges Innen-und Aussenschwimmbad, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür ... Wir werden gerne wiederkommen !

リバービューのお部屋で、景色は素晴らしいですが、夕方は夕日が暑い。シールドを下すと景色は見えない（朝は快適でした）。ピンクと白で統一したタオルがかわいらしく、インテリア全般かわいい。ちょっと鍵が面倒かなと思いました。

I'll start with the pros: - very comfortable beds - wonderful views - situated in the middle of Dürnstein right by the river Danube; you can walk everywhere easily, and there is free parking in front of the door The cons: - service speaks very poor German/English - service for breakfast and at the restaurant is so terrible that it made us laugh a number of times (waitresses running around with eggs with no clue who to serve them to, waitresses wanting to set your table with cutlery and plates when you are already eating, etc.) - old carpet floors with plenty of dust - the rooms get extremely hot - both the outside and indoor pool are extremely cold
