Quiet oasis
My son and I visited Durham for a convention and stayed in this apartment. Everything was clean and its location/convenience to accessing shopping and eating was amazing.

Great Location
Very clean property in an excellent part of Durham close to several watering holes and a great coffee shop.
Laundry in the common building and quiet neighbors. Parking is easy and you are easily drivable anywhere in downtown Durham

Great Transplant Location
This was a fantastic property for us to utilize while I was getting a bone marrow transplant at Duke and had to live close to the hospital for 3 months. The convenience of on site laundry was amazing. The owner was very quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns.
