We booked the king room and the view from our window was breathtaking. Our room was spotless and spacious, with very comfortable furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and we got a great night's sleep. The receptionist, Katie, was so welcoming, hospitable and knowledgeable (and when I left an item there on check-out, I quickly got a text about it.) The lounge has the same spectacular 5-state view - yes, that's states, not stars!) I can imagine sitting there in the winter, with a fire going, looking out on the view. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are cozy and very well kept! I loved the little touches including the art and that the room came equipped with a sound machine and air purifier. The views are absolutely stunning. You’re not too far from town and the access to serene nature is just at your fingertips. I went with my family and it was the perfect escape for a young family! The hospitality was unbeatable and I felt like they made it feel like home away from home!

We had a fantastic family vacation at The Perch Hotel. The location offers breathtaking panoramic views! Our room (queen bed + bunk bed) was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. The staff were friendly and provided EXCELLENT service (shout out to Katie). We highly recommend The Perch Hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in the Catskills!

This was the absolute most idyllic place!! My family and I went away for the weekend and it was the perfect combination of quaint and cool. Easy to get to hiking trails in the summer and the slopes in the winter. The hotel is dreamy and out of a magazine - I will remember lounging by the fire sipping my coffee and peering out at stunning views of the Catskills. Also- the most amazing staff who made our stay even more warm and cozy. Can’t wait to go back!!
