nice get away
it is a very nice hotel. It needs a bit of TLC. walls, coridors and elevators are in need of some paint and repairs. It makes the whole place look a bit tired.
Rooms are very nice but quite dark. The gymm is not well equiped. needs some more equipments. matts, a weight bench and some more weights would help

A very good, tidy, and clean hotel with polite and kind staff, and an exceptionally excellent breakfast with a very wide variety and high quality. It had a wide range of useful and practical amenities. The only issue was the hallway to the rooms, which was dark and had very little lighting.😉😃

Great choice for Durbuy
Great location, we’ll definitely stay here again. Really lovely modern hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good & efficient. Bathroom and bedroom were very spacious but are very dark (black interior). Room was very quiet.
The only issue we encountered was that despite it being mid/late May and the town being busy, the Wagyu restaurant and hotel Bar were closed on one of the two nights we were there. It seems a lot of places in Durbuy only open certain days of the week. But there was no mention of this anywhere.
Breakfast we felt was very expensive €32 per person per day.

Nous avons passé une nuit entre amies dans cet hôtel, que ce soit au bar ou dans la suite un bon nettoyage de printemps ne serait pas du luxe ( couche de poussière sur les appuis de fenêtre, coulés au niveau de la Clim, fenêtre pleine de traces de mains , …) Ce serait également très chouette que la païenne qui utilise le canapé lit ait les mêmes attentions que celles qui utilisent le lit ( bouteille d’eau , lit préparé …) ainsi qu un vrai oreillé. La suite était néanmoins magnifique. Mention spéciale au personnel du petit déjeuner qui était très attentionné. En conclusion je ne suis pas certaine de revenir

Nous avons pu profiter d'un chèque cadeau dans ce beau lieu au centre de Durbuy.Parking facile si vous payez un voiturier,accueil chaleureux, belle chambre propre avec vue sur la place principale.Bar avec terrasse vue sur Meuse,malheureusement nous trouvions le lieu pas très propre...Le top c'est le petit déjeuner, quel choix de qualité !

Very nice hotel, with excellent service from the staff. Everyone makes an effort to speak your language — whether it’s Dutch, English, or French. A billing mistake was corrected immediately. The rooms are beautiful, rather minimalistic and quite dark, but that’s clearly an architectural choice. The wellness area is top-notch, with a maximum of 6 guests. The hydro beds are incredibly relaxing, and the view from the jacuzzi is phenomenal. The hotel’s location is absolutely AAA. One small downside: the parking is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so if you leave something in your car, it’s a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is very good — a bit crowded during peak hours, but that’s to be expected. Definitely recommended for a weekend getaway!

Het ontbijt was absoluut top – heel veel variatie en één van de beste hotelontbijten die ik ooit gehad heb. Wel aan de prijzige kant (€30), maar de kwaliteit maakt veel goed. De hotelkamer was netjes en de matrassen en kussens waren van goede kwaliteit. We werden ook vriendelijk onthaald en het personeel was gedurende ons verblijf erg attent en professioneel, wat we zeker konden appreciëren. Helaas was de kamer wel erg donker en vooral veel te warm (24 graden in midden april terwijl de buitentemperatuur toen 13 graden was, we begrijpen dit niet). De airco werkte telkens maar een half uur, wat niet voldoende was om de kamer af te koelen. In combinatie met de warme lakens en het benauwde binnenklimaat hebben we helaas geen oog dichtgedaan. Daardoor viel onze geplande activiteit de dag nadien letterlijk in het water door slaaptekort. Heel jammer, want dit drukte een stevige stempel op ons verblijf.

Belle chambre avec un bon rapport qualité / prix . Formule déjeuner un peu trop chère pour des petits mangeurs . Welness en option comme le parking mais on le savait au départ . Au global très satisfait . Très bien intégré au petit centre-ville de Durbuy .
