Contacted the hotel 3 weeks before my stay to tell them I would not be able to make it due to unforeseen circumstances despite having paid in full. The hotel refused the request not even offering a partial refund or explanation. Then after not showing up on the first night they cancelled the room, kept all the money so they could resell the room again. This is basically stealing and taking advantage of people. Awful customer service.

With a group of 11 people, we spent 5 wonderful days in this very nice hotel during the Christmas period. We were first and foremost impressed by the super friendly and helpful staff: they really did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were very nice and clean. The restaurant was also extremely good (and they have very good wines). We very much recommend this hotel, and hope to be back soon.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst van de gastvrouw. We kregen een welkomstdrank en info over de streek. Trouwens spreekt de gastvrouw goed Nederlands. Mooie propere kamer. Zeer lekker avondeten. Ontbijt voldoende. Goede lokatie om de streek te verkennen: Durbuy, Marche, Hotton, La Roche.

Heerlijk verblijf in dit prachtige hotel. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Diezelfde avond genoten van een heerlijk diner. De kamer was perfect. Zalig bed, goed uitgeruste badkamer met bubbelbad en douche. Het ontbijt was ook zeer in orde.

Mooi, netjes, schoon, rustig gelegen klein familiehotel. We zijn hier 2 nachten geweest met ons gezin en hebben 1 keer gedineerd en 2 x ontbeten. Het was heerlijk! De kamers zijn prachtig, ook fijn dat we met 3 kinderen in 1 kamer kunnen verblijven. De omgeving is mooi, te voet naar Durbuy is goed te doen.

Un Havre de paix.... Un séjour de 3 jours reposant. Très bon accueil et toujours aux petits soins... Petit déjeuner complet et produits locaux. Dommage nous n avons pas eu l occasion de dîner mais le restaurant est fort renommé et recommandé par les locaux!

Ne changez rien...un accueil chaleureux, des patrons attentifs. L'etablissement est très propre décoré avec goût . Nous avons très bien mangé, cuisine de type bistronomique, généreuse et raffinée avec des produits de la région. La chambre rien à redire, le petit déjeuner à l image du diner. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Perfect serene romantic gateaway. It is in the middle of neatly tucked away village close to Durbuy central. Not too many rooms yet the rooms are spacious and most comfortable. Their restaurant with its fireplace is by far the highlight. There is an element of warmth and coziness in every corner of this place. Chris and Veronica are exceptional with their hospitality. Must visit if you are looking to hole up in this part of the world for a few days.
