The service was really great. Their staff is helpful. However the rooms are old. My aircon was not working and the stopper in the bath tub didn’t work. I was quite disappointed by that.

The place was absolutely amazing!!!the stay was great, room was great just a bit dusty but it was a pleasant stay. Will be coming back. Breakfast was also excellent

This place is gem , prices are right , quiet area no hustles or bustles Right near the beach , clean , beautiful air coming in your hotel room Staff hospitality top notch , breakfast to die for This is possibly the best breakfast I have had in my life

We had the pleasure of staying at his establishment during December We stayed in a luxury suite at the Elangeni hotel.What an amazing experience.The suite was nothing short of superior .The views from the 20th floor was breathtaking .The bathrooms and decor was stunning .We loved the turn downs and little gifts at the bedside at night .The suite is fully equipped with a kitchen with a coffee machine and microwave ,a full lounge and dining room .Bedroom 1 had a luxurious kind sized bed and bedroom 2 had 2 double beds .Each bedroom including the lounge had its own TV .Breakfast was delicious-a huge variety of foods to cater for all dietary requirements .We had the pleasure of meeting Naveshnie Moonsamy,the Rooms Division Manager who was simply amazing and caring towards the guest's needs .Having a manager who is hands on and present to cater for the guests is a huge plus .For the duration of my stay I noticed her everyday walking around and being available to guests .I also would like to thank Gracy ,the accommodation service manager who ensured that our room was impeccable at all times and catered to all our needs.Kudos to Naveshnie and Gracy-you guys rock !!

The breakfast queues are long they say it’s due to high occupancy but this has been like this for as long as I remember, hotel management is absent and don’t care. There is barely any parking and they make you pay for parking when there is none. The service is awful and if you want to pay to the be treated like an animal this is ur place. The sun is setting on this one.

The worst experience of my life with highly incompetent staff from Elangeni hotel. I cancelled my reservation online on 26 October 2024 and to this day- my money is still not refunded. I have made several attempts to get my refund including going through to the hotel 3 times and each time I am exposed to highly incompetent staff who make false promises to process the refund but nothing has come through. Endless telephone calls have yielded nothing. I’m exhausted with this hotel and staff. I’m exposing them far and wide for incompetence.
