The hotel is very lovely situated with a large park garden a terrace for beautiful days and evenings...the rooms are spacious and very clean. Personal is very nice and friendly and the family Baumann who runs the hotel restaurant is very helpfull.we try to stay there at least 2 times a year...

L'albergo esternamente è molto carino, con spazi verdi deliziosi e perfettamente curati. Anche il ristorante è molto grazioso ed accogliente, però la scelta di piatti è limitata e lo abbiamo trovato piuttosto caro rispetto alla media locale. Per quanto riguarda la camera, purtoppo abbiamo avuto una delusione. Infatti sul sito dell'hotel (che ha prezzi molto più alti della media) si vedono camere bellissime e curate, e per questo motivo lo abbiamo scelto (nonostante il prezzo alto: 166 euro a notte per una camera doppia, per quanto ampia, in un 3 stelle in zona, è un prezzo non certo basso!). Invece la nostra camera, benchè pulitissima, aveva un arredo vecchio, così come il bagno era vecchio (vedere foto allegate!), certo nemmeno lontanamente simile ai bellissimi bagni che si vedono sul sito! Il personale comunque nel complesso è molto gentile (in particolare Selina), con l'eccezione di una signorina alla reception (mi sembra che si chiamasse miss Hund) che, quando abbiamo espresso (molto educatamente) la nostra insoddisfazione, ha risposto in modo estremamente aggressivo, addirittura alzando la voce (cosa a mio avviso inammissibile in un hotel di qualunque categoria). Peccato, ci aspettavamo una struttura migliore.

Wir waren als Ehepaar 4 Übernachtungen im Rebstock in Durbach. Das Zimmer bekamen wir im Garten. . Generell war der der Empfang an der Rezeption nicht eines 4 Sterne Hotels wuerdig. . Ohne jegliche Information über das Hotel und irgendwelchen Aktionen die dort stattfanden bekamen wir die Checkkarte für den Zugang der Zimmer. Das Gartenhaus in dem wir wohnten,sowie die Saunaanlage mussten wir erst selbst suchen. Niemand hält es für notwendig den Gast zu begleiten und weitere Infos zu vermitteln.Nach der ersten Zimmerinspektion stellten wir fest, das die Tagesdecke Flecken hatte und das Zimmer nicht unbedingt vor Sauberkeit glänzte. Der nächste Morgen mit dem Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend. Die Wurst und der Käse waren im Kühlschrank der extrem unterkühlt war.Außerdem störte der Kompressor durch starke Laufgeraeusche beim Frühstück. Die Eierspeisen waren kalt die Bratwuerste ebenfalls und deshalb ungenießbar. Die Saefte aus Tetra Packungen. Absolut kein Sterne Frühstück.Das Abendessen konnte den Preis Leistungsvergleich nicht standhalten. Weine zu teuer für die Qualität. Positiv tat sich die Gartenanlage hervor, die 5 Sterne verdient. Als Gesmtergebnis kommen wir nicht über befriedigend hinaus

Были с детьми 6 и 8 лет, волшебно! Еще нигде не встречали, чтобы в номере были детские банные халаты! Брали люкс под крышей: прекрасная спальня для взрослых с лоджией и маленькая уютная спальня для детей. Вид из окна волшебный. Красивейший парк, много мест для отдыха. Есть игровая зона - детский замок. Ванная комната оснащена самым современным и стильным оборудованием. Ресторан просто пальчики оближешь! Сожалеем лишь о том, что останавливались всего на одну ночь, хотим вернуться.

traumhafter Aufenthalt - um sich wieder neu ineinander zu verlieben Hier stimmte einfach Alles: Suite 304 - zwei Zimmer, Bad, Balkon nach hinten mit Aussicht in den wunderschönen Garten. Ruhig gelegen, herrlich zum Entspannen Hotelanlage zum Träumen, Sauna, Massage wird angeboten, Sky in einem der Zimmer zur Verfügung, beide Zimmer verfügen über Fernseher und W-Lan, Minibar, Tee und Snacks, beim Arrangement jeden Tag 1 Flasche Wasser und Kaffee und Kuchen sowie 4 bzw 6-Gang-Menü zur Auswahl am Abend

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel. Wurden immer sehr freundlich behandelt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber, und unser Hund war kein Problem! Aufmerksames Personal, ein schöner Wellnessbereich, ein beheiztes Außen Becken und hervorragendes Essen. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolles Ambiente
Haben die gebuchte suite Honny getauscht und im
Refugium eine Suite genommen wo Aufzug im Haus ist!! Schönes wohnen,im Haus Wellnes mit Aufzug bequem erreichbar.Abends gutes Essen im Restaurant ( rechtzeitig extra Tischreservierung)
Außenbereich tolles Ambiente. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Note negative: 1) la mia camera era al secondo piano senza ascensore, faticoso con i bagagli;
2) la sauna chiude alle 19,00 , troppo presto, per chi lavora non è usufruibile.
