This is great location in the country side, outside the busy atmosphere of Gaziantep city. The place has a spa with thermal baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the senior management were trying their best to assist with any need. Food we ate at the restaurant (both near the hotel as well as the one opposite side of the road) were great. Howver, hotel need some maintenance to its rooms, especially bathrooms. Once pointing out the issues, they promptly fixed them. Also, guests need to remember that only when the request, the cleaning staff will come and clean and make up the room.
