El restaurante está bueno, el servicio me parece bien. La habitación no es nada maravillos, habitación sencilla cama frigobar, baño y tv. Los pasillos son mheeee. Realmente nada de otro mundo, si tienes oportunidad puedes escabullirte al techo y ver la ciudad

A delightful and pleasant stay. You couldn’t get a better location and rate. The atmosphere in lobby is wonderful as we mingled with the locals. The food and service is fantastic! We loved the talented musicians that played the baby grand piano and accordion. (And we also were allowed to use the piano) Security at night, felt very safe. Theater right across the street. When you see a line there just go and see the wonderful culture Durango has to offers. Love this place!

Me ofrecieron una habitación recién remodelada y si estaba linda en cuarto piso pero subi al quinto piso y Vi k todo era más bonito y más nuevo así k esa es mi queja Me gusta k este muy céntrico y el señor k cuida la puerta y. El estacionamiento es muy amable me gustó ver la historia del hotel con las fotografías para lo viejo k es creo k deberías de a ver más fotos interesantes

El elevador solo sirvió la tarde que llegamos,después no ha funcionado estamos en el quinto piso.98 escalones. El internet no sirve tampoco El piso del baño es café obscuro y las paredes de café jaspeado, te da impresión de ocultar lo sucio . El elevador y escaleras muy mugrosos. Los empleados no te ofrecen ninguna compensación por la falta de los servicios. No hay quien te ayude con las maletas.A ver cómo bajamos los 5 pisos cargados. Muy descuidado en general.no volvería. Ya pagamos 4 noches,si no ya nos hubiéramos cambiado...980.00 por noche. Hay alfombra en los cuartos,lo cual es antihigiénico,se ven viejas . Fuimos al restaurant a desayunar,nunca nos atendieron,nos salimos a buscar otro.
