The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, including :

•dishwasher
•modern stainless steel appliances
•a fridge, microwave, oven & hotplate
•plenty of crockery & cookware – so entertaining is easy.
The dining table will seat 6 guests & boasts leather dining chairs for ultimate comfort. There are plenty of storage cupboards for all your supplies.

This villa was wonderful! Great layout of rooms. So convenient. Everything was great. Location just outside Dunsborough was perfect. Very quiet. Lovely bushland all around. Lots of other villas but layout was such that there was no noise or overlooking. We'd all go to this villa again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. Despite being conveniently location and just a short stroll to town, the property is tucked in bushland and is very peaceful and quiet. Everything in the home is exactly as described and has everything we ever needed. Would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Dunsborough.

We were very happy with our accommodation. We could easily walk to the township. As it was very cold, we were grateful for the heating. Beds were very comfortable. Facilities were excellent. I'm actually returning in a few months with another friend.

Our Getaway
Hubby and I took a much needed break and we were lucky enough to secure Villa 28. It was a gorgeous place to stay. Our villa faced bushland, and we were entertained daily by the wildlife.
The villa was comfortable, had everything we needed, all the kitchen bits, air conditioner and was spacious. Even the bed was comfortable! Bit harder than we’re used to but pretty good all the same.
We cooked on the bbq most nights with only one meal bought in town.
If we decide we’re heading down for another break, we know where we’ll be staying.

Lovely short break
It was great to be close to Dunsborough (and easy 1.5 k walk to cafes and shops) but away from the crowds. The villa was very quiet even though it is part of a larger complex. The bedrooms are a good size and separate bathrooms are great. It has everything you need and is good value.

Surprise visit
My husband,my cousin and her husband planned a surprise visit to Margaret River for our aunts birthday. The location was perfect as we knew the area fairly well. The unit was clean, warm and cosy. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice little place, but attention to cleaning needed.
Stayed for two nights with visitors from overseas, but were a little disappointed and embarassed with the standard of cleaning. Glass entrance and front room doors were very smeary, giving a poor impression on arrival. Basins and mirrors appeared to have had a ‘wipe over’, and we found other people’s nail clippings in the wash basin, and tiled splashback in kitchen was greasy.
The little house is small, but has all amenities needed for a short stay. We slept well in nice beds, and comfortable air conditioning, and enjoyed the bush location very much. The shower was lovely with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The only other thing we noted was that it was quite difficult to find the entrance to the village at night, and possibly a light or sign on the road would have been useful.
Other than the cleaning issue, we enjoyed our stay in this comfortable property.
