Check your receipt! Even though their website says that they offer free parking, we were charged a fee of $5.12. When I questioned the discrepancy with the motel and with Hilton headquarters, I was told by both that the owners can charge whatever they want, missing the fact that they are lying to their customers. This isn’t a city hotel with limited parking. This is a motel on the side of a highway that is shared with a gas station and a closed restaurant. Another lie is that they offer Netflix access which they don’t. Chair in the room had something sticky on it that wouldn’t wash out of my clothes once I got home.

This is the only Hampton Inn that charges $25.00 per day for incidentals, most charge 25 or 50. My room was paid for by my company, in error they charged the card I gave them for $860 for the room! I called first thing around 7:30am and talked with staff. I was told a manager would return my call. That never happened, I had to call back. Hotel does need desperately updating. In my room shower rod was broke and didn’t close well and allowed water in the floor. They were supposed to clean rooms every 2 days. I’m there Sunday through Friday and room only cleaned once. When talking with staff they seem clueless and don’t care!

The breakfast was poor. No potatoes, no muffins, the only fruit were apples the size of plums, seriously the smallest apples I have ever seen. The decaf coffee was warm. I have stayed at this location several times and have never had a complaint about the the breakfast. I don't know what the problem was this time.

The construction made it very loud. Couldn't close the curtains and the light shined in our room from outside making it hard to sleep. Need to update drapery so that it could be closed to block out the street lights.
