We heard about the Holiday Inn Dunmore,PA on Tigue Street on a college parent page. I am thrilled with our stay at this hotel. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights after moving our daughter into the college dorm. Krystal at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and had a warm personality. Krystal is a staff member that truly goes up and beyond. She was the only staff person who let us know about paying the extra $10 per person for the breakfast. Krystal also gave us some places nearby to explore during our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and the maid service came in daily too. Highly impressed and we will definitely be booking again at this location in the next couple of months.

I've stayed here many times, Even met and got to know some of the managers Cory doesn't stop working..... he always has a smile on his face and works hard. Kathy too is a friendly face, Darci is full of energy and such a joy had a few interactions with her at an event and again the following morning at breakfast running around filling coffee clearing tables ..... she doesn't stop. You guys have a great thing going on here ..... Any time I've eaten here it's always fantastic. Keep it up.

This hotel is very drab & dark in the rooms. Had to change rooms due to a noisy AC. Second room had light bulb out, bedside fixture was broken. Bathroom floor is sticky. Just staying an overnight - bed & pillows are comfy though!

Typical, overall comfortable, clean room. The room below us was blaring loud music at 10pm. We called the front desk and within 10 minutes it stopped.

In need of a refund for poor condition of room: extremely humid, wetness on floor and on all bedding. We were told they were sold out and we were d jousted. Felt trapped.

Friendly staff, clean, comfy bed! The acoustics are terrible, so noisy. Also the lights from the main building come through the curtains.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Pool was warm and clean. I enjoyed being able to have drinks at the bar and dinner without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast was better than I expected. Location was convenient and safe. Room layout was a little odd (bathroom door wasn’t very private) and my room didn’t have a window. We got one of the last rooms and it was right near the pool but it closed at 10 so noise wasn’t an issue as I had first thought it might be. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The room was very nice. But we were right outside the pool area so it was very very noisy. Not a terrible experience though, and close to Montage Mountain, which is why we were in the area!
