We were really impressed! So comfortable, clean, modern and beautifully placed across the road from The Royal Mail Hotel. We dined at Parker St and was equally impressed. We will definitely recommend the establishment. The bedding, furniture, bath towels and lotions were excellent. We had stayed at a variety of accommodation on this trip but the bed at this location was probably the most comfortable

We stayed in the Studio accommodation, located across the road from the hotel. Very ordinary accommodation in dire need of a good clean! The shower recess had black mould all around the base. We dined in the bistro section of the hotel. Can't say I was excited by the food. This venue had been talked up so much - I was expecting better than what we experienced. Very disappointed.

Overall had a great stay at the Royal Mail. The only thing lacking was the size of the bed and quality of the mattress may need an upgrade. Apart from that, had a great time away in Dunkeld. Great location, great service and will be coming back again.
