I bought a game by mistake at ps5, and the landlord is also very generous and said it was fine. Every day, the room is cleaned by an aunt. 💡 [Small surprise for me by the homestay] The room has a faint fragrance, very advanced 📍 [For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] It is very convenient to go anywhere, 15 minutes to the airport, ten minutes to Mogao Grottoes, many supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants around 🛏 [Housing facilities I must mention] Mahjong machine, singing, ps5. The whole house is smart, I want to turn off the lights and call Xiao Ai directly haha

Choosing this Four-Diamond hotel for a trip to Dunhuang was a real smart decision! The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the bustling night market, making it incredibly convenient for evening dining and shopping. There's a dazzling array of local delicacies and handicrafts on display. It's also within easy walking distance of the museum, allowing you to immerse yourself in Dunhuang's rich history and culture. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful! Check-in was quick and efficient, and they enthusiastically offered tips for nearby attractions. The local restaurants they recommended were fantastic, and I didn't disappoint at all. They were quick and responsive to any requests I had during my stay, making me feel incredibly caring. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. This was a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Dunhuang again!

The hotel is well located in city center and provides complimentary pick up/drop off service from train station. There is a direct bus which goes to mogao caves right in front the hotel- making self transport a breeze. Room is spacious and nicely designed with a large bath tub. Apart from the hotel hardware, what really stood out was the extra mile services offered by the staff. There are 2 staff who really shine. Firstly, Ms tong tong （彤彤）was very patient in explaining all the touristy sites around and how to get there. She helped us book performance tickets so we could enjoy some discounts. When we enquired about transfer to liu yuan, she not only checked for all the information online for us but also personally went to the bus station to find a driver who goes to liuyuan. We're so impressed with her extra mile service!! Really kudos to her great personality and service. Next staff to mention is Mr li (李师傅）who picked us up at the train station. He suggested some dining places to us and offered to drop us off at mogao caves when we bumped into him at the hotel lobby. Overall, highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Checked in on New Year's Eve. Two wind towels were given as a gift when I checked in. I took a photo of it specially because it was my favorite color, hehe. Cleanliness: The room was surprisingly clean. No weird smell. Facilities: Free toiletries are provided. The bathroom is spacious. The eco-friendly slippers are comfortable, but you can’t take them away. Environment: Entering the hall, it is cozy, warm and the heating is very good. Service: The beauties in the lobby are enthusiastic and warm. To emphasize, heating is very good in winter. The bedding was clean and tidy. We stayed for two days and went out to the scenic spot on the second day. They cleaned and tidied the room without any request. It is convenient to eat. There is an authentic beef noodle restaurant opposite the hotel, a convenience store next door, and a large supermarket around the corner, which is open on New Year's Eve. A perfect trip to Dunhuang! Dunhuang of the world, where my heart longs for!

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of Dunhuang Night Market and conveniently located for food and shopping. Attentive service: The front desk was friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and we even received a free room upgrade! They were also very responsive to any requests. The front desk staff, Xiao Li and Xiao Liu, were incredibly nice! They even gave us a magic square and helped us arrange shoe covers! The room was comfortable: clean and tidy, with soft bedding, excellent soundproofing, and modern amenities. The lobby's tea bar, coffee machine, and freshly brewed tea were all excellent. An added bonus: the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the rooftop view was stunning, with a view of the summit of Crescent Lake. It was an excellent value! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would definitely stay there again on my next trip!

Hotel is very nice. The location is close to the Shanzhou Night Market and it takes roughly 5-10 Minutes by walking there. In one of the side alleys are hidden gems, namely restaurants that do not appear on Google Maps or Apple Maps. I recommend to explore the surrounding area. Also the hotel is very clean in general, however my room has stains of previous travelers in the rug. I recommend to thoroughly clean it professionally. The staff were excellent and super friendly. Check In was very easy as foreigner and the overall service was very good.

When traveling on business, I am most afraid of encountering a hotel with poor soundproofing, but this hotel is simply the ”caring representative of the hotel industry”! When I arrived in the early morning, the guy at the front desk took the initiative to help move the suitcases. When checking in, he gently reminded me that ”there is an ice machine at the end of the corridor, and you can add ice if you stay up late to work.” In the room, there was an eye-protection desk lamp and free mineral water next to the table. The sockets were marked with ”mobile phone fast charging” and ”computer interface”. The detail control was directly grasped! There is a constant temperature shower in the shower room, so you don’t have to worry about the water temperature being hot and cold when taking a shower. The water volume is really large. , Dunhuang feels like a relatively desolate city. I didn’t expect the hotel facilities to be so amazing. They also gave us water before leaving. This feeling of being cared about is so warm. I have already recommended it to other friends who plan to come to Dunhuang.

It was a completely unexpected state guesthouse-level experience. Since its construction in 1979, the hotel has received many dignitaries and VIPs as a state guesthouse. The murals in the lobby of the north building and the flying fairy in the lobby of the south building are definitely national treasures, and can be called the first cave of Mogao Grottoes. Although the rooms of the old four-star hotel are small and the equipment and facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is very good and the service is very considerate. The breakfast alone is 40 per person, which is a little expensive, but the quality is beyond reproach, especially the fried dough sticks, which are absolutely state banquet-level, and the beef noodles are the standard answer to Lanzhou beef noodles. In the off-season, you can enjoy the state guesthouse at a relatively low price, which is great value!

We got free upgrade to the suite so that was nice. Very pretty river view and not as noisy as some of the reviews I've read. Probably because the weather was getting chilly. Room was very spacious, even for just the size of the bedroom alone. Bed was comfortable and not too soft. But I will say that the light switches in the rooms and also the smart toilet seat were very confusing. Strangely, it had a large bathtub area, but a separate and very squished shower closet. The water didn't quite drain properly also. Breakfast was okay. But considering how the city really is just a town in the desert, I'd say it's actually pretty good. The local restaurants are also options, but we had to get up super early for day trips, and didn't feel like freezing outside to look for food when it's still dark. Side note, the night market in town is nice but not much going on outside of that area. The hotel is not in the city centre, but since the city is small, taxi is the way to go. We actually end up just getting the phone number of one of the taxi driver, and called her whenever we planned to head out. I chose the hotel based on aesthetics and was not disappointed. But our suite was in the end of a very long hallway, so get ready to walk if you are not near the elevator.
