我想，這是一位有着很高思想境界的設計師、懷着對生命的欣賞、對文化的哲思、對生活美妙的觀察，從建築到室內再到景觀以及一株株果樹…… 用自己的熱情與敬畏，傾心打造。
也幸而有如此情懷的老闆，以及對設計師無比的信任與支持，成就了這座美妙的莊園——東驛 野奢 心靈歸宿！
再説説酒店服務。從接機的那一刻，再到踏入酒店大堂checkin… 被前台小姐姐和管家小姐姐體貼入微的照顧感動了！離店的那天中午才約上了莫高窟參觀，酒店小姐姐貼心地主動幫我延遲退房至我回來，還温馨建議：“今天風沙大，去莫高窟參觀多注意，房間幫您多留半天、這樣您回來可以沖沖收拾一下…” 🌹🌹🌹
酒店參觀介紹的趙經理，帶我全程詳細介紹酒店的每一處角落，頂着烈日，西裝依然緊扣… 太職業了 肅然起敬👍👍👍 我認真的走着、聽着、腦補着設計師當初做這些決定的畫面… 也幻想着、不同季節 驛站 的不同美景… 幻想着如果一天帶着我的家人和孩子 來到酒店休憩的畫面……
總之，推薦給對“生活的美”有着強烈感知力的朋友們，這是一個放大的藝術空間！一個被對生活充滿熱情與期許的諸多匠人們悉心經營的心靈休憩驛站！

放在敦煌，是Top，當然房價也是Top。所以覺得酒店的服務態度是非常nice的，但是服務意識和質量和4280/晚的房價是不匹配的。
比如不大的早餐廳聚集了主管和服務員八個人，一共就十來張桌子，但是沒有一個人發現桌上餐巾紙沒了、沒有一個人關注到打了粥應該遞個勺子……
比如我們想請代為預約莫高窟一對一講解，巴啦巴啦一堆，但全是推辭，哪怕給一個莫高窟電話都沒有……
又比如，餐廳門口站着三位服務員，向我們問好，但是居然沒有一個人去替我們按一下電梯……
硬件過關，服務意識和細節需要提升的地方還很多。

酒店很美，超出預期，隨便怎麼拍都好看。在酒店裡無論走到哪裡，工作人員都面帶微笑，服務意識很棒！非常感謝我們的管家強子，服務水準素質極高，有求必應。離開前我發燒了，酒店還給我準備了退燒葯，很感動，這次生病沒能好好玩，希望下次有機會再入住酒店。

兒子的畢業季——敦煌之旅結束了，帶着不捨，我想表達內心的想法。這次東驛不僅為我們的行程錦上添花，更是直接將情緒價值拉滿。從落地鄧師傅來接機開始，我們就有被治癒到。一路上他給我們介紹各種當地特色，加之車況超級棒，瞬間一掃旅途的疲憊。到店後，管家強子帶着我們來到房間介紹酒店細節。在這裏特別感謝一下強子，他考慮到兒子的畢業旅行，特地申請為我們免費升級了房型，真的給了我們一個超級大的驚喜！在後續幾天的相處中，不管是餐廳的服務，酒店的打掃，前台的貼心，清吧的調酒師（兒子説調酒師的聲音太有磁性，好man[偷笑][偷笑]）等等，各種各種，真的，無不讓人歡喜。因為天氣太熱了，下午基本就呆在酒店，我們有幸參加了部分課程。侯大師有別於傳統單一的解説，他從宏觀方面闡述了別樣的莫高窟，從而進一步加深了我對敦煌的嚮往和對莫高窟的探索。酒店的硬件設施和設計感就更不用説了，一切都是那麼恰到好處。東驛，給了我一個再次踏上敦煌最強有力的理由，我相信下次必然是為她而來。

入住東驛酒店體驗非常棒！能從入住客人的角度提供完美的人性化服務，非常用心、專心、暖心。很喜歡酒店的室內外設計，與自然環境融為一體，低調奢華，華而不燥，能讓客人放鬆休息，室內軟裝和用品都是很用心設計的高品質產品，都非常喜歡。更值得一提的是每天開展莫高文化講座及其他傳播傳統文化的途徑，成為傳播文化的使者，為客人提供更深入的學習機會和深度體驗，值得業界推崇和學習借鑒。下次來敦煌還會入住東驛，也希望東驛越來越好，感謝所有服務人員給予的關心和幫助。

我覺得這裏真是國內酒店的天花板級了。一對一的管家服務，服務非常好。酒店環境也非常好，出房間就是景兒。酒店安排的活動也非常用心，很有質量。我在這兒住的這一週非常舒服。如果下次我再來，我還會住在這裏的。
