酒店位置好，裝修考究，細節有敦煌元素，服務一流，達到五星級標準。贈送小童早餐，幫忙訂車，解決了難題。是我們在敦煌旅遊的亮點之一。早餐也比較豐盛，獼猴桃汁很好喝。大堂副理小馮很照顧我們，有種賓至如歸的感覺。

家人們誰懂啊？本來是朋友推薦這家酒店説她 23 年住過感覺不錯我特意推了別的酒店過來的，結果真的有點失望。説實話住下來感覺跟普通酒店沒差，沒什麼特別讓人眼前一亮的地方。但最讓我心裏不舒服的是小敏，小陳服務員説酒店在搞考核讓我對她們服務給個五星好評，不是説不能給好評但好評不應該是發自真心的嗎？你們服務沒做到讓我覺得值得特意給好評的份上反倒主動開口要這就讓人感覺有點強人所難了。
想跟酒店老闆説一句這種靠服務員開口要好評的考核制度真的不太合適。客人的體驗是騙不了人的與其花心思讓員工催好評不如踏踏實實把服務做好。總之這次體驗遠沒我想象中好，希望店家能好好想想吧。

房間設施一般，較陳舊。定雙早商務精英房，早餐9:30收餐，長者小孩沒來餐廳，僅給打包的極簡餐食，餐廳拿兩樣小甜點心都不讓，還理論半天。服務態度差。五星級的收費，1000來塊的房價，竟然這樣的服務！

很滿意的一次入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，地理位置也不錯，差不多就是敦煌市中心了，去哪都很方便，停車方便，有充電樁，總體來説是一家值得推薦的酒店，我已經計劃下次再來了🤭
