旅遊十幾天已經疲憊不堪，當走進敦煌艾斯汀酒店大廳的那一刻，撲面而來的齊聲問候、發自內心的微笑、賓至如歸的迎接與服務，讓我倍感温暖和驚喜。連住兩天，發現酒店上上下下無論是保潔員、引導員、餐廳服務員，還是大堂經理、餐廳經理，你所接觸到的所有人不僅着裝規範，禮遇有加，而且真心實意的在為你着想與服務，酒店專業文化素養之高和管理之規範着實令我稱讚。另外，艾斯汀的餐飲非常出色，吃了幾頓才瞭解，竟然是敦煌非常有名的餐廳，敦煌的代表性美食都可以在這裏吃到。吃住一體的優化組合，堪為旅遊出行的絕佳選擇。環境與房間好不好，可以看照片細節，不再贅述。
