They picked me up from the airport and upgraded me to a more spacious, comfortable room. Staffs were very nice and kind.

Excellence customer service esp. from the front office manager. Great amenities and good location. Not too far from the night market.

Metropark is a nice hotel located near a river and is relatively central to the city. A lovely staff member, 李雪 (Li Xue) helped me check in and she took me to my hotel room. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and quite luxurious. The hotel is within walking distance to the night market and the museum. Highly recommended. 这是一家不错的酒店，位于河边，相对靠近市中心。一位可爱的工作人员李雪帮我办理了入住手续，并带我去了酒店房间。她非常乐于助人，非常友好。 酒店房间非常宽敞、干净，相当豪华。从酒店步行即可到达夜市和博物馆。 强烈推荐。

Not bad location standard service

It was very comfortable.

Mediocre hotel with few facilities. Room was comfortable but poorly cleaned e.g. dust on table, teabags not replaced. Breakfast disappointing, one day no tea and no vegetables. Only good thing was one staff member, Apple, who was very helpful booking show tickets and giving tourist advice.

Staff were courteous, and the fruit bowl was replenished daily. The room was vast, and could strike some as under-furnished, but it had all I needed and the bed was very comfortable. There are numerous restaurants in the surroundings, but my visit coincided withe Chinese New Year, and a good 95% of the city was shut during my stay. The nearby 'river' is a pleasant place to stroll, though perhaps not in the depths of winter. The Night Market (again, not functioning in January) is close by.

By chance, I chose the Metropark Hotel. I didn't expect much at first. It wasn't until the front desk staff took the initiative to stand up and greet me when I checked in, sent me a hot towel, and took the initiative to guide me to the elevator to help me press the elevator. When the elevator closed, they bowed again to greet me... I realized that this hotel has better service than many five-star hotels. Every time I go in and out, all the lobby staff greet me warmly, just like my own family welcoming you back, which makes people feel very warm. Room: The room hardware is a standard four-star hotel, with a large area. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and has a large space. The shower has hot water in five seconds and the water temperature is constant. The 60-inch TV is equipped with more than ten free TV series. I revisited half of "Nirvana in Fire" in my spare time. Hygiene: The room hygiene is very, very good, so meticulous that there are no water stains and watermarks on the stainless steel faucet of the washbasin. When I told the waiter next door that it could be cleaned the next day, I saw three sisters cleaning a room carefully, and one of them was lying on the porch to wipe the floor tiles... Like for the careful cleaning 👍. Breakfast: There are Western and Chinese breakfasts, and basically everything is available. Although the variety is not particularly rich, it still exceeds many hotels of the same level for this price. Emergency handling: On the second night, the TV suddenly lost the Internet. The engineer came to repair it and found that it was a network failure. The hotel front desk staff took the initiative to go upstairs to change my room. The attitude of handling emergencies was serious and meticulous. I am very glad that I met Metropark Hotel on my trip to Dunhuang. I will choose to stay there again next time.

Overall feeling: The room is newly decorated, the hygiene is well maintained, the indoor environment and facilities are quite comfortable and grand, and the 2-meter bed is especially comfortable to sleep on. Several points that impressed me the most during my stay: 1. The service attitude of the staff is super good, they all bow to serve, and they are particularly warm and hospitable. 2. They helped me upgrade to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. The facilities in the room are indeed complete, and extra happy snacks are provided. They even prepared a foot bath tub, which is very considerate. 3. The buffet breakfast is quite varied and delicious.
