The stone stains on the coffee counter, the hair in the bathtub after changing rooms, and the cotton swab left under the bed—these cleaning oversights completely failed to meet our quality standards and undoubtedly resulted in a poor stay. Even though the housekeeper promptly assisted with the room change and resolved the issue, the initial discomfort has already disappointed your expectations, and we deeply regret this. The limited breakfast selection and delayed replenishment also exposed shortcomings in our attention to detail in our dining service. We immediately reported these issues to the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments, and will continue to strengthen our cleaning process through multiple rounds of quality inspections, optimize breakfast offerings, and control over the timeliness of replenishment to prevent such incidents from occurring again. Thank you for your continued recognition of our timely problem-solving approach and the attentive service of our housekeeper, Claire, despite pointing out the issue. This understanding both reassures us and motivates us to improve. To make up for the slight regrets of this stay, if you choose us again in the future, we've prepared a welcome treat featuring Dunhuang-inspired fruit. This selection of seasonal local fruits, presented on a platter inspired by the Mogao Grottoes murals, promises to provide you with a more enjoyable start to your stay.
