去敦煌旅遊定的這家酒店。因為中間手機沒電了後來給酒店回電説今晚會去入住，到酒店比較晚的時間了，定的b座，結果去了b座後説幫我升級到A座，因為玩了一天就比較生氣，為什麼我回電的時候不和我説明呢，b座那個前台態度也很差，特差不好。我打電話給A座後，A座的前台美女的態度非常好，找不到停車場還出來給我指路，後面送了早餐，酒店整體環境不錯，但是前面那個事還是非常讓人生氣，後面我在攜程查，我定的房間價格遠高於原來b座房型價格，不知道這邊的收益是怎麼管理價格的。

這次入住體驗太棒了！房間佈置得超温馨，床品柔軟親膚，一覺睡到天亮。浴室乾濕分離超貼心，還有免費的果盤和酸奶，細節滿滿。工作人員服務熱情周到，主動幫忙提行李還貼心推薦周邊美食，簡直像回到家一樣！下次還來！
