We stayed during the Spring Festival. The hotel was very good in all aspects. The price-performance ratio was very high in the off-season. The staff were very enthusiastic. The hardware and service can be ranked first even in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. In addition, the hotel's catering was very good. If you are tired of eating beef and mutton in the northwest and want to change your taste, this hotel is a good choice.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very convenient to drive to Mogao Grottoes and Crescent Lake in Mingsha Mountain. The room is very clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The front desk lady Huang is very enthusiastic. She contacted me by phone and WeChat before check-in to upgrade the room, and told me in detail how to park at the hotel. After check-in, she also recommended delicious food in Dunhuang to me. The room is well soundproofed and does not affect sleep. The shower was amazing, hot and strong. I stayed in Dunhuang for two nights and wanted to see Ledong Dunhuang. Xiao Huang helped me buy a ticket for the second night. Not only was it much cheaper than Ctrip, but I was also upgraded to VIP and got the best seat. The little camel given by the hotel when checking out is of very good quality. It is obvious that it was made with care. My children like it very much. It is of better quality than those bought in scenic spots. I will choose Amy again next time I have the chance.

You can see the beautiful scenery of Mingsha Mountain in the distance outside the window. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel like spring breeze. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and has a large viewing platform where you can enjoy the beautiful Dunhuang. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel also provides yogurt, mineral water and seasonal fruits. The hotel's service details are very attentive. The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. I had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun during my trip to Dunhuang. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

Families, come to Dunhuang and stay at the Xingzi Hotel! The location is excellent, and surrounding attractions and food streets are within walking distance. The room is equipped with a humidifier, a facial steamer, disposable face towels, disposable toilet seats, and body lotion. It is really full of details, especially the hygiene is impeccable. The bed is just the right amount of firmness and softness, helping me sleep soundly every night. The staff was very considerate. They not only helped with the luggage but also shared some of the most popular check-in spots. This experience is very cost-effective, I will come again next time!

Location is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality. Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality. Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking. Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

The free pickup shuttle is from another company to sell trips to tourist areas. The show and the 5-location trip to the west of silk road areas were good. They lied a bit about the availability of taxis though.

Facilities: The parent-child room is very large. The shower position is a bit cold when taking a shower. I checked that the window is closed, but it is still a bit cold. The room is basically intelligently controlled. Just call ”Xiaodu”. Hygiene: Clean and tidy! Clean once a day. There are many stamps in the hotel lobby that can be knocked, you can play for a while, which is very interesting.

Metropark is a nice hotel located near a river and is relatively central to the city. A lovely staff member, 李雪 (Li Xue) helped me check in and she took me to my hotel room. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and quite luxurious. The hotel is within walking distance to the night market and the museum. Highly recommended. 这是一家不错的酒店，位于河边，相对靠近市中心。一位可爱的工作人员李雪帮我办理了入住手续，并带我去了酒店房间。她非常乐于助人，非常友好。 酒店房间非常宽敞、干净，相当豪华。从酒店步行即可到达夜市和博物馆。 强烈推荐。

As soon as we arrived at the underground parking lot of the hotel, two waitresses took the initiative to guide us to the elevator (the hotel is quite large) and rushed to help with the luggage. From the garage all the way to the front desk to check in and enter the room, all the staff we met took the initiative to greet us Happy New Year! It happened to be New Year's Eve, and the hotel also very considerately presented hot dumplings, so that we, the foreigners who spent the New Year in Dunhuang, also had a warm Spring Festival. Every staff member of the hotel was very enthusiastic. Special thanks to Sister Yin Yumei of the room service, who was even more enthusiastic and proactive. She cleaned the room very clean and tidy every day, and put the items in the most convenient place for the guests. The most surprising thing was that she also prepared hot foot water, towels, mats, etc., so that we could enjoy the feast of Dunhuang culture while eliminating the fatigue of the journey.
