硬件不錯，但服務比招待所還差，提前一個多月預訂要求三間房同樓層相連不要角落房，到了酒店給我樓層錯開還給了角落房，對着逃生通道竟然逃生門還開着。最氣笑的是早飯時候孩子打碎了一個玻璃杯，酒店放杯子就是連着有問題，孩子拿起一個直接連着兩個一起拿出來了，下面的一個掉地上碎了，工作人員過來不是先問孩子有沒有事，第一時間問我房間號要賠款 我説你這個杯子放的問題就是會引起粘連的時候拿起會下面一個杯子直接掉地上，工作人員****問我為什麼大人不幫孩子拿杯子，我聽了直接無語竟然有這種**思想，我不説話了沒法説了，作為點評專家竟然被這種思想整笑了，大家注意吧！

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，要來延邊玩，選來選去最終定了全，季到了之後就發現沒有選錯，房間很寬敬，酒店裝飾得很精緻服務很用心，房型也很舒服，小朋友很喜歡機器人，床鋪桑軟舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，贊哦！

這次回敦化入住的全季酒店，酒店服務非常貼心，酒店性價很好，自己有超級大的地下停車場，是敦化獨一份了吧！房間也非常的温暖，床單被罩蠻舒服的，乳膠枕非常好！而且還是全屋智能房間非常乾淨，帶孩子入住的也非常放心，早餐很豐富的，有很多中式的小糕點，酒店的鹹鴨蛋黃也非常多！在前台領到了，據説是店長自己製作的咖啡皂，還有咖啡包，每天下午前台美女都會自己做小糖葫蘆口味非常好，還可以體驗朝鮮族的服飾，對於全季酒店的印象太棒了！服務好設施好，環境好，非常推薦！
