My husband and I stayed here for one night. The host, Catherine couldn’t do enough for us. The room was so comfortable and the quality of bedding fab! Breakfast was above and beyond. Honestly, can’t recommend highly enough if you’re in the area.

Catherine, is such a brilliant host and her house is beautiful . She welcomed us with a lovely apple crumble and gave us so much information on local restaurants and good walks in the area. The breakfast next morning was the best we've ever had.

Catherine makes you feel at home straight away. Very confortable rooms & beds with beautiful and modern bathroom. Spotless house. 5 ⭐️ for breakfast as well. So delicious! For sure, I will be back!

Catherine is a superb host , an excellent cook and looks after all your needs. Our room was spotless, toiletries were plentiful, nice touch of wine and chocolate in our room on arrival. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Blueberry pancakes are lush

Absolutely fabulous. Loved our overnight stay here. The host, Catherine, is delightful and couldn’t have made us more welcome in her beautiful and stylish B&B. Complimentary homemade rhubarb crumble w/ ice cream on arrival - bliss - the new benchmark for all B&Bs. Breakfast was just fabulous - creative, beautifully presented and delicious. We would return for this alone. Stayed on the stylish Green Room and next time wil request the gorgeous Blue Room. Delighted we found this ‘gem’ in Dungarvan. Full marks to Catherine @ No. 12. Highly recommended!

The most fabulous experience , such a welcome to Catherines b&b. It is exceptionally clean, very central and you are made to feel so welcome by Catherine herself. What is clear for us is that too many hotels offering impersonal service, this is a topclass traditional Irish b&b offering incredible hospitality, welcome and the most stunning food we've ever had for breakfast. Catherine is world class and we will be back for certain
