Immerse yourself in history with this beautifully refurbished room. Despite its historical charm, all facilities are modern and well-maintained. However, guests with larger vehicles may find parking a bit challenging.
Stayed in Dunedin for one night and chose this motel which is relatively centrally located. It has free parking and plenty of parking spaces. The two bedrooms are small but fully functional, with one king-size bed and one twin bed. The living room is relatively large. The kitchen is at the entrance. Although there are kitchen utensils, the place is small and not very convenient. It does not allow for cooking with strong odors, so we made breakfast. The bathroom is very small, comparable to that in Japan, but the room is very clean and tidy. The landlord is very friendly and helps with luggage. There is no elevator in this hotel! You can walk to the Botanical Gardens and the University of Otago, and other attractions are only a few minutes drive away. Parking here is quite convenient, and the beach is about 15 minutes away by car.

I used to study in dunedin. Some people came to live and live in mercure. It is still as good as ever. It is a well-equipped hotel in the town. It is inconvenient to walk to the sights. Be sure to drive.
The room is very new, very clean, well equipped and cost-effective. There are not many rooms like Danidine. It is highly recommended to book early. The hotel is located near the center of Danidine, but Niidine is not big. It is not far from the hotel to the city center or the University of Otago. It is within 20 minutes of walking.
Motel is very close to Otago University. It’s okay to go to a new university in New Zealand. The historic clock tower is pretty and majestic. Turn right at the hotel crossroads and eat at the restaurant. Walk to Dunedin Railway Station. 20 minutes. The interior of the Motel is the normal level in New Zealand. The boss is very enthusiastic. The ice cream is given in the room. The room size is not large with a microwave oven. The parking door is a one-way street and can only turn left.
Very good hotel, very good location, very close to the city, to eat, stroll, can be done with two feet. There are also many Chinese food restaurants nearby, that is, it is a pity that the store is closed too early.

Although this hotel is a bit old, I like this natural and simple taste. The room is big enough, it is a five-minute walk from the university, so convenient! Parking at the door is also very convenient.

Very Good
小小宝ShirleyThe environment is okay, there are two beds in the room, but I don’t know why the fire alarm rang twice in the morning, disturbing my dreams, and there is a big spider in the toilet. There is no fence here, so I can only stop by the shower curtain. It’s easy Wet the bathroom, brought a baby, and charged an extra 50 dollars, which is more than 1,000. The price is not high
AaikoVery good garden-style bed is very comfortable, the environment is also good, it is convenient to eat, the price is more affordable, very good, the boss is very warm, very good, satisfied is that the room is a little smaller, if it is bigger, it is better.
IIronZZVery beautiful! The hotel is the reception grandma's own house. It looks a bit old, but it is very clean and comfortable! The entrance, that is, the street, is full of various flowers, which is very beautiful! The grandma is also very enthusiastic. After checking in, she specially introduced us which local places are worth visiting and where there are delicious foods!
GGuest UserExcellent hospitality! The motel has a good location, it is very clean and tidy. The host is so helpful and provides us with some attraction routes, which is more interesting than driving through the highway! And Rocky (Labrador) is soooo cute! We will definitely recommend this motel to our friends!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient, right on the main street, and the owner is very helpful. The environment is good, the service is good, the sanitation is comfortable, very satisfied, will come again, recommend friends to stay in Dunedin.
圣圣代千层雪About 3 kilometers away from Dunedin city center, the area is relatively quiet but there is not much to stroll around. The equipment and facilities are relatively old and the sanitary conditions are average. It is worth the price but not much compared to the previous apartment. Highlights.
吴吴The hotel has a variety of bed type rooms with separate or non-independent washrooms, and rooms with separate washrooms have wash basins. The location is very good, the Auckland University campus and the city, train station, etc. can be reached on foot, the train station is a little far away, about 1.6 km. There is a simple breakfast sharing in the common area, coffee, hot chocolate and bread, instant noodles and more. No extra beds, children can rent a room in a family hotel, free parking. Although the room is a bit old, the whole building is very historical, and the landlord is very kind.
GGuest UserParking is convenient and the room is not bad. The front desk is a little beauty from Harbin. The conversion plug we brought was forgotten in the last hotel and borrowed the conversion plug from the front desk. Thank you very much.
