The lady staff at the front desk was very helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate my family checking in a couple of hours early. She also made available a two queen bed room so that my teenage daughters didn't have to share a bed. The breakfast buffet delicious and worth the buck. Thank you Kingsgate Hotel staff for ur wonderful service.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, the facilities are simple and elegant, and it is a different kind of surprise.

The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows. They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay.

The second floor corridor door is very bad. Whenever someone goes in and out, it makes a loud noise, which makes me sleep badly all night. The hotel's own parking space also charges 15 New Zealand dollars. I didn't pay attention when I checked in at night. When I opened the balcony at dawn the next day, I found that the flag hung by the hotel was very unique! Anyway, I checked out immediately at dawn and will not stay here again.

The parking lot next to the hotel is not available. You have to pay 25+$ to let the hotel park for you. However, the breakfast in the hotel is pretty good. It is also close to citytown.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is a very quiet and comfortable place at the corner of Bajiao Street. You can see the street from the small balcony of the window, but it is very quiet. There are various churches within a 10-minute walk, and there are many restaurants and shops on the road within 20 minutes of the train station. The key is that parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces in the yard. highly recommended!

The hotel is in an old building, and the facilities are a bit old, but it has a retro feel. Different people have different opinions, so you can like it. Fortunately, the sanitary conditions are good and the location is convenient. There is a large supermarket next to it.

A very charming building, with the public area still attached to the past of the building. Very cost-effective and very quiet. It is very spacious for two adults and one child. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking building opposite, and it is very convenient to go out, right in the city of Dunedin.

The hotel is in a great location, between the First Church and the train station, and more than 100 meters away from Countdown supermarket, which is convenient for shopping and can also solve the 90-minute parking problem. The only problem is that the door hinge is too tight, which makes it inconvenient to open and close the door.

Very design hotel, good location, across the street is the mall, the only view of the hotel is the hotel interior, parking fee is 30 a night, charging is 45, it is slow charging, superior room is similar to ordinary room, executive privileges and so on confirmed but nothing, the hotel front desk told me that the breakfast restaurant is very delicious, I tried it, it only looks good, no meat, the room is spacious and bright with design, all of which are the best hotel I stayed in this trip except Auckland InterContinental, but it is more expensive than Auckland InterContinental
