The communication was appalling. I was told I would be sent a code through email text and phone call and received nothing. I booked the day before and am appalled I could not check in with my family. I am awaiting a full refund for the night my family and I had to “sleep” in a car. It absolutely ruined our day out and will not recommend this place at all.

The room was extremely small. The bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom and shower were more than acceptable. However I had no soap no shampoo and never saw a staff member at all.

The name on the reservation worked ok for the GPS, but the actual place is called "Bridgewater Farms", so that was confusing. Also, we didn't know the cabin number, only that it was near the playhouse. So we had to try our combo on all the cabins to figure out which was ours. We didn't see any staff during our stay. Beyond finding our room, check in and out was very easy. The listing referred to the place as 3 bedrooms- this is very false- all in one cabin.

We were in room 6a but we didn’t manage to sleep properly at all due to whoever was above us, continuous banging throughout the night until very late. They were also loud. Other than that beds comfy, shower lovely and powerful! And clean room.

We stayed here when we arrived early hours of the morning after a flight. As we were given a code for the door check in was easy.
Beds were very comfortable and clean and I can’t fault it in any way.

Good location for Bristol airport. However, it is located on a busy, main road. Not good if you need a walk after a long drive. Room was adequate for one night stay, with comfortable bed, piping hot water and lots of tea/coffee in the room. Room wasn't very clean on our arrival and we ran out of toilet paper! Shame that breakfast wasn't offered. You get what you pay for and this is good value for a one night stay.
