Rubbish experience Imagine there is a hotel in Europe, The Fairways Hotel which will not accept a credit card for payment. How in the name of God can they stay in business in this day and age. We certainly will never stay with them again, even if the rest of the hotels in Dundalk close

Accueil et personnel très courtois et sympathique, les chambres sont modernes, bien isolées et les salles de bain bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le seul petit changement à faire serait d’avoir une carte plus diversifiée et locale pour le dîner du soir Mais c’est clairement une bonne adresse

We had a fairly pleasant stay overall, however, it was clearly evident there were staffing issues ie, staff shortage which obviously impacted service, though it must be noted the staff were very nice. I must say that the portion sizes of food could be increased to adult sizes. The biggest issue we had was the severe lack of air conditioning throughout the hotel especially during a heatwave which made sleeping virtually impossible. I would be wholly surprised if this has not been raised by others. I would definitely stay again, however the above would need to resolved to enable a better experience.

Enjoyable family time had by all. We enjoyed the night/bar food. We also had a good service, the staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Looking forward already to the next trip away.

Very disappointing hotel, paid €275 for 1 night which was ridiculous for the standard of the hotel, room was very stuffy and uncomfortable even with window open, no AirCon in room, also shower was broken so couldnt be used. Mentioned to front desk and asked to speak to manger who was unavailable, never got a call back. Recommend you Do not stay here.

Very modern, clean, hotel with great service and located close to services and M1 Motorway. Very secure with restricted access to the guest rooms. Convenient parking, lively bar and good breakfast despite self service. It represents great value
